About Us
SameYou is an innovation-led charity working with clinical partners, survivors and communities to rethink emotional, social and physical recovery after brain injury.
Our focus is to bring on-going innovative services to survivors and families post discharge and rehabilitation.

SameYou is grounded in lived experience: insights from our community guide everything we do. We have commissioned research to develop the evidence base for services that survivors need. This involves 9 scientific papers published, across 5 research programmes, with 5 more papers underway. We partner with leading academic and clinical organisations including: UCL, NHS trusts, the Royal College of Nursing, Mount Sinai New York, Spaulding Rehabilitation Centre, the University of Edinburgh, and LSE.
Our model is to drive innovation in the neurorehabilitation field. SameYou operates through collaborative partnerships rather than regional service delivery, working across emotional, social and physical pillars of recovery to support survivors as whole people. We work with our partner organisations to co-develop new services, bring pilot projects to survivors, develop metrics to demonstrate impact, and find opportunities to deliver to scale.
